SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Production lead time is 2 days excluding weekends. Orders are packed on Tuesdays & Fridays and shipped on Wednesdays & Saturdays. Depending on the shipping options you choose when making your purchase, delivery can take up to 3 to 7 days after it has been shipped.
For free shipping your shopping cart needs to be a total of $75+ or more, which will be discounted automatically. If you are using a discount code your order must be equal to or greater than $75+ after a discount is applied.
Yes we ship internationally using USPS and DHL.
We apologize that the carrier service damaged your package. We insure that all of our orders going out are damage free. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please email us photos of all of the damages packaging, and the label on the package, your order number to: hello@masterpows.com. This is a requirement for replacement since all carriers require this for an insurance claim. We cannot make a claim without proof of damage. Also no worries, we won't hold up your claim. In the meantime we will be sure to get you a new bottle on its way while we sort out the claim.
Unfortunately we don’t have the ability to offer pick ups. Shipping will be a required to complete your order. Local delivery is an option only available from April- December and is dependent on your zip code.
Yes, from April - December, we offer local delivery options for the following zip codes only: 07106, 07079, 07052, 07040, 07042, 07017, 07044. During checkout once you plugin your zip code the system will recognize the zip codes above and automatically offer you Local Delivery as one of your shipping options.
If you don't see your zip code listed, please check back as new zip codes will be added. If you think we should deliver to your area shoot us an email and we will see if we can make it happen, email us at: hello@masterpows.com.
Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses but you can email us at hello@masterpows.com to change your ship to address however we can NOT guarantee that the changes will be made but we will do our best to make the changes. When your order is placed, if the address is not found in USPS website, we will try our best to contact you to correct it before shipping your products.
HOT PEPPER SAUCE Q's
Despite Scoville ratings being a "standard" in the hot sauce world, we do not work off of that. As we believe heat level is subjective and varies immensely from one person to the other. We've done our best to rate our hot pepper sauces on a scale of 1 thru 5 based on customer feedback.
Yes, our bottles are designed so that you can control your own heat level, as the cap is removable. If you want a more controlled pour, leave the cap on. However, if you would like a more free range pour, take the cap off.
While our hot pepper sauces have not been certified as GF, it is gluten free.
Yes, all of our hot pepper sauces are vegan.
No, all of our hot pepper sauces contain zero calories.
All of our hot pepper sauces are sugar free and sodium free, as we pride ourselves in creating a hot pepper sauce that is healthier but still brings the heat.
As we only use fresh ingredients in our hot pepper sauces with no synthetic preservatives, we do recommend to follow our label instructions and “refrigerate after opening” it will help keep the hot pepper sauce stay its freshest and longest in the refrigerator.
We produce in small batches and sauces are always fresh, preservative free and they are good for up to 1 year from date of purchase.
We design, craft and produce our hot pepper sauces in our commercial kitchen in Ridgefield Park, NJ. Our urban farm is located in Montclair, NJ.
Underneath your bottle their is a QR Code you can scan with your phone and it will take your to our Quality Control information page where you can learn more about your batch.

PURCHASES/GIFT CARDS
We want you to be happy and try our excellent gourmet hot pepper sauces, and back that up with a 100% guarantee. Feel free to reach out at any time to or use the contact tab if you have any questions or issues with something you've ordered within 7 days of delivery. We will do what it takes to make the situation right, including replace or refund if needed. Sorry no refunds on shipping.
Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
No gift cards can only be used on the website.
RETAIL/RETAILERS/WHOLESALE
No, we currently just sell our products directly online on our website. We are working on coming to your nearest farmers markets and your local stores. Make sure to follow us on social media via Facebook or Instagram: @masterpows for up to date information.
If you are a retailer, restaurant, caterer or just cook with alot of hot ppepper sauce and would like to have us in your store please contact us directly, through our Wholesale contact page or hello@masterpows.com we would love to work with you.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We do our best to deliver quality merchandise. However, if you are not satisfied with our products, please get in touch and we'll do whatever it takes to make it right. If you would like to start a return or exchange, please email us within 7 days of your delivery. Items have to be returned in the same condition they were received in with the seal unbroken. Sorry, no refunds on shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and approved your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
