Peppers Sourced: We pride ourselves in being farm to table, 99% of the time, your peppers will come from our own pepper garden, the Lee Pow Garden in Montclair, NJ. Depending on seasonality and crop, we may source externally.
Our commitment is to first use our own peppers then if we haven't yielded any peppers or low we will then source from farmers and growers that maintain the same sustainable practices we do.
As a last resort, if we can not find a farmer or grower with our pepper needs, we will source our peppers via the big produce companies such as Restaurant Depot, Baldors, etc. 
Location Made: Our commercial kitchen is located in Ridgefield Park, NJ
